Project Overview:
PCI was retained by the Maple Run Unified School District to conduct a district wide facilities condition assessment of their five schools for the purpose of developing a long-term capital plan to address the district's capital needs. Following the completion of the MRUSD master plan, PCI has acted as the Project Manager overseeing multiple completed and ongoing projects including a $5.7M Safety & Security upgrade and addition at BFA High School, and $2m art and music classroom addition at Fairfield Center School. PCI is currently overseeing a $5.5m ESSSER funded project overseeing work in three schools being phased over two construction seasons. The condition assessment prepared by PCI was instrumental in the ESSER approval process.
