Project Overview:

PCI served as Owner’s Project Manager for this full renovation project. In this capacity,
Natty developed the extensive FF&E list, which included complex and long lead medical
equipment and modular wall systems, procured the items, and coordinated delivery and
installation services. Natty also worked with the design team to develop the clinic’s
program, ensured compliance with stringent regulations, and brought the clinic to a
successful opening to help guarantee meeting the targets established by the University
of Vermont Health Network.
